Event Fabric Supplier (EFS) is a Surat-based event textile company created for wedding planners, decorators, production houses, venues and hospitality teams that need dependable quality, customisation and speed.

Our textile journey began with Vrishabh Textiles in 2012. After years of learning how professional buyers source, compare and use fabrics, we launched EFS in 2020 as a specialised one-stop solution for event décor requirements.

Hitesh Agarwal: The founder journey

Event Fabric Supplier grew from a problem Hitesh Agarwal kept hearing from wedding planners and production teams. Customers were suffering from late deliveries and had no dependable option for customised event fabrics, linens and cushions—from one piece to bulk.

Hitesh began his textile journey with Vrishabh Textiles in 2012. Working closely with professional buyers showed him that they needed more than a fabric supplier. They needed one partner who would understand the brief, coordinate the details and take ownership until dispatch.

In 2020, he launched EFS around three priorities: speed, reliability and ownership. The aim was to bring design, in-house digital fabric printing, production, stitching, quality checks, warehousing and dispatch together so customers would not have to depend on multiple suppliers.

EFS was built around a simple promise: one piece to bulk, supported by customisation, clear coordination and dependable execution. The team helps turn an event reference into a practical, production-ready solution for demanding timelines.

That focus has carried EFS to important milestones. In 2023, the company’s Shark Tank India application was shortlisted for the next online phase. In 2024, EFS supplied and installed a fabric-selection stall for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding at the Jio Convention Centre. EFS also exports to customers in the United States, Germany and Canada.

What began with four people has grown into a team of more than 100 people. The growth marks the distance travelled, but the operating principle remains the same: Which problem can we take complete ownership of?

Today, EFS serves planners, designers, production houses, venues and hospitality buyers in India and international markets. Hitesh continues to build the company around the values that shaped its journey: listen carefully, respond quickly, customise intelligently and remain responsible until the work is complete.

From one piece to bulk

Every event brief is different. EFS supports requirements ranging from a single piece to large-volume production, subject to design, material and timeline. Our core categories include:

In-house digital printing, customisation and scale

Digital fabric printing is commonly outsourced in the event-textile supply chain. EFS handles this process in-house at its Surat operation, reducing reliance on third-party printers and giving the team closer control over colour, print quality, customisation and turnaround.

More than 100 people across EFS work through design, printing, production, stitching, quality checks, warehousing and dispatch. With over 50,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, we are equipped to support repeat requirements, urgent event timelines and bulk orders with clearer coordination.

Our role is not limited to supplying fabric. We help turn an event reference into a practical, production-ready solution while confirming size, material, finish, quantity and dispatch requirements before production.

How an EFS order works

  1. Share the brief: Send the event date, city, dimensions, quantity and design reference.
  2. Confirm the details: Our team helps finalise the suitable fabric, finish, size and customisation.
  3. Printing, production and quality check: The order moves through in-house digital printing or fabrication, stitching, finishing and inspection as applicable.
  4. Dispatch: We coordinate shipping based on the confirmed production and delivery timeline.
