Event Fabric Supplier (EFS) is a Surat-based event textile company created for wedding planners, decorators, production houses, venues and hospitality teams that need dependable quality, customisation and speed.

Our textile journey began with Vrishabh Textiles in 2012. After years of learning how professional buyers source, compare and use fabrics, we launched EFS in 2020 as a specialised one-stop solution for event décor requirements.

From one piece to bulk

Every event brief is different. EFS supports requirements ranging from a single piece to large-volume production, subject to design, material and timeline. Our core categories include:

Built for customisation and scale

More than 100 people across EFS work through design, production, stitching, quality checks, warehousing and dispatch. With over 50,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, we are equipped to support repeat requirements, urgent event timelines and bulk orders with clearer coordination.

Our role is not limited to supplying fabric. We help turn an event reference into a practical, production-ready solution while confirming size, material, finish, quantity and dispatch requirements before production.

How an EFS order works

  1. Share the brief: Send the event date, city, dimensions, quantity and design reference.
  2. Confirm the details: Our team helps finalise the suitable fabric, finish, size and customisation.
  3. Production and quality check: The order moves through printing or fabrication, stitching and inspection as applicable.
  4. Dispatch: We coordinate shipping based on the confirmed production and delivery timeline.
